I got this error message from Visual Studio 2005 when trying to attach to an elevated process on Vista using the Remote Debugging Monitor. I found multiple reasons this was possible here, but none were my reason. My problem was I did not have the Remote Debugging Monitor also running as a remote process.

The Windows Mobile 6.1 sliding panels rock. I highly recommend them. Using the Message Center plug-in with it allows you to see your messages without going to the inbox. Very nice, but the Message Center still sucks. It sucks because you cannot mark a message as read from the sliding panel. Your options are:
